Kathryn Maxwell

Kathryn is an Associate with Krentsel, Guzman & Herbert, LLP, practicing mainly as a member of the Medical Malpractice Team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics and a Minor in Law and Society from the University of Maryland, College Park. She received her Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where she received a Jurisprudence Award and graduated on the Dean’s List. During law school, Kathryn was one of eight SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorneys chosen for the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. As a Student Attorney, she performed pro bono work aimed at helping individuals in the Greater Boston area with trademark applications and LLC formations. Kathryn also served as an Executive Board Member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and as a Teaching Assistant for the in-house counsel of the Fenway Management Group. She was an active member of the Women’s Law Association, where she participated as both a Mentee and a Mentor to women in law. Kathryn is currently admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts and has worked in a wide variety of different legal fields with an even wider variety of clients.
