Michael A. Simon, Esq, is an associate with Krentsel, Guzman & Herbert, LLP and practices in the Personal Injury Group representing clients who have been injured in incidents resulting from motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, premises, and construction accidents. Mr. Simon is an experienced personal injury and civil rights attorney advocating for client’s rights throughout New York City, Westchester, and Long Island.  Mr. Simon grew up in New York, earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in New York in 2016. While in law school, he was recognized for his academic achievements with a CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Law which is awarded to the highest scoring student in each section. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Simon was also a finalist of the St. John’s University Baseball Arbitration Competition. As a dedicated attorney and zealous advocate, Mr. Simon remains committed to pursuing full and fair compensation for individuals that have suffered injury or injustice.  His main practice areas include auto accidents, construction accidents, premises, wrongful death actions, civil rights, nursing home and medical malpractice.
