
Miya Saint-Louis
Miya’s practice is centered in medical malpractice, including wrongful death, nursing home and hospital negligence, misdiagnosis, and/or delayed diagnosis of medical conditions. A substantial portion of her practice involves COVID-19 related litigation against nursing homes. Before joining KGH, Miya spent several years as a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she handled hundreds of complex felony cases, conducted dozens of investigations, and tried numerous cases to verdict. Miya earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was a Corboy Fellow in Trial Advocacy, a leader in the Black Law Student Association, and a board member of the Public Interest Law Society. Miya is an experienced trial attorney and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the National Black Prosecutors Association.
