Marcia Raicus received her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1981. Ms. Raicus is admitted to the bar in New York State and in the United States District Court, Southern District, and Eastern District. Ms. Raicus has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, construction accidents, and product liability.
Additionally, Ms. Raicus was employed at the Special Litigation Unit of the New York City Law Department where she represented the NYPD, New York City Department of Corrections, Department of Education and Health & Hospitals Corporation in many newsworthy cases.
Ms. Raicus has extensive experience in conducting depositions and handling court appearances. For the past eleven years, Ms. Raicus has worked successfully as appellate counsel in a significant number of important cases.
